I worked as an interaction and UX designer in Ericsson for four and half years between January 2014 and May 2018. I was the member of the lead UX team of Business Unit Digital Services (BDGS) organization of Ericsson in Stockholm, Sweden. My work at Ericson is mainly protected under NDAs therefore here I only provide a brief explanation of my key responsibilities:
I worked as the UX lead for the Ericsson Security Manager product, supervising delegated work to UX designers and UI developers
Formerly, I was the UX Designer for the Ericsson Telecom CRM (Customer Relationship Management) and its Retail Management System feature
I created interactive prototypes based on PoC design concepts for setting UX vision for selected BDGS products in strategic domains such as Big Data Analytics , Smart Utility Systems and Security Management
These PoC projects were driven from inception to completion, while closely collaborating with user researchers, UX designers and front-end developers.
The design concepts and prototypes for web, mobile and wearable platforms were presented at highly visible events such as Mobile World Congress, presented in customer demos to first-tier mobile operators and selected to be showcased in Ericsson Studio for C-level executives and VIP customers
Driver for UX Expert Reviews
Ensured overall brand consistency across BDGS products by driving UX expert reviews on key products both during products' design and implementation phases
Collaboration with local UX teams
Provided support to 8 local UX teams located in Asia, Canada, Europe and United States in terms of interaction design and prototyping

Common UX Patterns
